Directory Content Coordinator


The Directory Content Coordinator is a vital member of the Audience Development department and responsible for compiling, verifying and entering data for Sosland directories and buyer’s guides. This position also completes the print-to-digital conversion process for weekly and monthly publications.  The Directory Content Coordinator also acts as the primary backup for the front desk receptionist and will perform the receptionist duties for a minimum of 1.5 hours per day.


The ideal candidate:

• Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail and style guides

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines with accuracy

• Ability to quickly learn industry-specific and proprietary computer applications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products

• Excellent communication and customer service skills


Education and Experience:

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience working with data collection and entry

• Experience with customer service and/or receptionist duties

• Intermediate MS Excel skills

• Publishing experience preferred

Sales Representative


We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Representative to engage and develop new business relationships. The Sales Representative’s role is to increase brand recognition and generate revenue through print and digital advertising sales while meeting the diversified marketing needs of our customers.



• Develop a deep understanding of each publication, it’s audience and the industry it supports

• Identify and establish new advertisers, cultivate long-standing relationships

• Utilize an investigative communication style to learn how our solutions could improve the client’s business

• Prepare professional proposals using MS PowerPoint

• Close deals

• Complete accurate and timely insertion orders for the ad coordination team and the customer

• Provide continuous follow up and customer service

• Provide activity and progress reports to management


The ideal candidate:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Competitive and tenacious with the ability to turn a rejection into an opportunity

• Knowledge of print and digital media landscapes

• Creative problem-solving skills

• Team player and customer service focused


Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent long sales cycle experience in any industry
